Cash refund is only applicable to the followings:
- Damaged item(s) that was returned and verified by us; or
- Purchased item(s) ran out-of-stock at the point of payment; or
- Purchased item(s) lost in transit (after confirmation from us).
- Within 14 calendar days upon the order receipt date.
Email notification will be send to you to notify:
- The result of your refund request
- The request for you to provide the following information for reimbursement – success request only:
- Your full name
- Your NRIC no.
- Your bank and branch (for Debit Card only)
- Your bank account (for Debit Card only)
- For payment made via Credit Card and PayPal, reimbursement will be made to the same Credit Card and PayPal used to make payment for the purchase.
- The money has been reimburse into your bank account as per item 2 above.
Refunds process will take within 10 to 15 working days.
Please check your bank account, Credit Card or PayPal after receive email notification on the reimbursement.
For Credit Card and PayPal, please contact your Credit Card provider and PayPal customer service.
